We use reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Depending on your location and the size of the order, we may choose from several shipping options, including but not limited to:

- Express Shipping: For faster delivery (if available for your location).
- Freight Shipping: For larger or bulk orders, including solar systems and heavy equipment.
The shipping method available for your order will be displayed at checkout based on your location and product type.
3. Order Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. You will also receive an order number, which you can use to track your order.
- Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2-5 business days from the time of purchase. This includes confirming product availability, packaging, and preparing your order for shipment.
Please note that for certain products, such as solar grid systems, the processing time may take longer due to the need for customization or special handling. We will notify you of any delays as soon as we become aware of them.
4. Shipping Charges

5. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for most locations within India.
- Express Delivery: If you select an express shipping option, delivery will usually take 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
- Rural/Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer, up to 10-15 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, logistical challenges, or public holidays, may cause delays in delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partners’ websites.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses. If you are located outside of India, please contact us for any special arrangements or inquiries regarding international shipping.
Certain products, such as Solar Off-Grid and On-Grid Systems, may require special handling or permits for certain areas. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you to ensure that everything is in order.
8. Delivery Failures
- Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of order. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery, you may be liable for any re-shipping charges.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If a delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for any associated costs.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
While we make every effort to ensure that your products are delivered in perfect condition, there is always a small risk of damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

- Return/Replacement: We will either replace the damaged product or offer a full refund, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3-5 business days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate the issue with our courier partners and assist in resolving the matter.
However, once the package is marked as delivered, Abhinava.in is not liable for lost or stolen items.

- Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that the delivery address and contact information you provide is correct and complete.
- Sign for the Package: In many cases, a signature will be required at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to sign for the package.
- Inspect Your Shipment: Please check your items as soon as they arrive. If you find any discrepancy or damage, contact us immediately to initiate a return or claim.
